Returns Procedure

If you have purchased a product at a discounted price from RRP, this is designated with a saving bubble, we will not be able to refund it if it is returned unless it is for reasons of manufacturing warranty.

Baselayers, socks, underwear, neckwarmers, balaclavas and helmets are non-returnable unless it is for reasons of accepted and agreed manufacturing warranty Pressing the buy button to make big, big savings confirms that you understand this.

All items £100 or more have a built in pick, packing and postage charge of a minimum of £6.99

1/ Please do not remove any of the item labels.

2/ Please ensure that if you are returning your item let us know by email within 48 hours of receipt.

3/ Please fully insure the item for the purchase price when returning the item.

4/ Any marks on the item will deem the item as used and only a partial refund will be given. The item is photographed and catalogued at our showroom before dispatch.
